Turn me on Decal

Water transfer decals.

Cut up section of decal, place in warm water for 15-30 seconds.

Play around with the decal until your happy and then squash it down and topcoat.

Use acetone and a brush to go around excess nail and around cuticle to perfect the look and get rid of any over hanging decal.
